I wanted to post a video completely showing from start to finish how to add States to your package. Once you add the states, it will apply for all eFile tax years (for example 2015, 2016, and 2017). This video will go over everything from start to finish and is only around 10 minutes long. This is extremely beneficial and will be absolutely needed also for doing a Rehang later on, or doing an EFC Return Lookup like you are used to doing in the past.
